Light in the Darkness

Welcome to my Light in the Darkness meme! (If you missed my post on the inspiration for this meme, you can read all about it HERE.)

This is the place to share good things that are happening in our world...whether it's a link to a news article/video, something from your personal experience...anything good that can bring light into darkness!
Have you ever been in line at the grocery store, ready to pay, only to realize that you're short of the payment? That once happened to me & the stranger behind me gave me the dollar to make up the difference instead of me having to remove an item from my groceries.

Well, this woman wasn't able to pay any of hers due to the network being down & the kind stranger paid for all her purchases.

NOTE: Please avoid the comment section. While some are good, there are others by people who criticize her for the number of children she has or having to rely on food stamps. It really bothers me when people judge others like this...each person's situation is unique. You never know the struggles one goes through to provide for their family.

As Jesse Jackson said, "Never look down on anybody unless you're helping them up!"

That is a beautiful story. I did not read the comments but I can only imagine. Sad really.
When we give to help others, we often receive that joy that comes with knowing we may have changed someone's life somehow. Like the woman in your story.
