Colleen, from her inspiring blog Thoughts on Grace, hosts this wonderful meme each Wednesday. She says, "Deo Gratias is Latin for Thanks be to God. Remembering to give thanks for all of our blessings, big & small, helps us to find God in our everyday moments and gives us an attitude of gratitude!"

Each week, I join Colleen in remembering & sharing the many blessings in my life. This is such a great exercise for me, helping me to focus on the good that truly is happening in my life, no matter how many trials & stresses I may have.

1) We finally have Matt's car back! Deo Gratias! 

2) After Mass on Sunday, there was a meeting for parents & teachers for the upcoming PSR years. The kids got to meet at least one of their teachers & they're very excited to begin in a couple weeks. This will be a Confirmation year for The Prophet! Deo Gratias! 

3) We started school on Monday & so far, things are going well. The Saint is having a tough time focusing at times, but I think w/ a little time & patience, he'll succeed! Deo Gratias! 

4) Our Rosary group...we meet once a month w/ other families to pray the Rosary, led by the children. It's wonderful to see the Faith growing in these dear young ones. Deo Gratias! 

5) We found some great deals on fall/winter clothing for the kids at our favorite thrift store the other day. I also purchased a microscope set for $6.99. Sure it's used & isn't the highest quality, but I think the Blessings will enjoy using it. Deo Gratias!
