"If the only prayer you ever say in your life is thank you, it will be enough." - Meister Eckhart

Colleen, from her inspiring blog Thoughts on Grace, hosts this wonderful meme each Wednesday. She says, "Deo Gratias is Latin for Thanks be to God. Remembering to give thanks for all of our blessings, big & small, helps us to find God in our everyday moments and gives us an attitude of gratitude!"

Each week, I join Colleen in remembering & sharing the many blessings in my life. This is such a great exercise for me, helping me to focus on the good that truly is happening in my life, no matter how many trials & stresses I may have.
**********
1) One of the wonderful things about having the three older Blessings in the same homeschool band level is listening to them practice together. All three of their parts blend together as they make beautiful music together! Deo Gratias!

2) We've had some wonderful temps this week. Could spring be just around the corner? I hope so! Deo Gratias!

3) A dear friend of ours had a biopsy last Friday & received the results today...Negative. Deo Gratias! Deo Gratias!

4) One of the Yahoo articles today was for Easy Microwave Desserts. I made the Nutella Cake in a mug & it was delicious! Deo Gratias!

5) While Matt was in RCIA & the Blessings were in PSR Sunday after Mass, I spent some time w/ The Professor. I really enjoyed chatting w/ him as he shared some of his past memories. He has dementia & his short-term memory is not so good. These times when he relives his past mean a lot to him & he seems to love sharing those memories. Deo Gratias!
