"If the only prayer you ever say in your life is thank you, it will be enough." - Meister Eckhart

Colleen, from her inspiring blog Thoughts on Grace, hosts this wonderful meme each Wednesday. She says, "Deo Gratias is Latin for Thanks be to God. Remembering to give thanks for all of our blessings, big & small, helps us to find God in our everyday moments and gives us an attitude of gratitude!"

Each week, I join Colleen in remembering & sharing the many blessings in my life. This is such a great exercise for me, helping me to focus on the good that truly is happening in my life, no matter how many trials & stresses I may have.
**********
1) Yesterday, HelpfulGrammy treated my sister, The Princess, & me to lunch for all our birthdays. Afterwards we did some craft store shopping. It was a very pleasant, enjoyable afternoon. Deo Gratias!

2) The Princess seems to have a good eye for fabric choices. She found four that look very pretty together & will make a nice quilt. (She & I are going to learn together to quilt.) Deo Gratias!

3) More Crockpot recipes! I found a bunch of "dump" recipes...add chicken & various seasonings to a gallon size freezer bag. They can be frozen & later placed in a Crockpot...meals all ready to go. Deo Gratias!

4) Thanks to BookBub, a website that tracks free & discounted e-books, I've found some great books for my Kindle. Deo Gratias!

5) I've probably said this before, but I am loving being a part of our church choir. We have an incredible director & our voices blend so well together in praise. Deo Gratias!
