"If the only prayer you ever say in your life is thank you, it will be enough." - Meister Eckhart

Colleen, from her inspiring blog Thoughts on Grace, hosts this wonderful meme each Wednesday. She says, "Deo Gratias is Latin for Thanks be to God. Remembering to give thanks for all of our blessings, big & small, helps us to find God in our everyday moments and gives us an attitude of gratitude!"

Each week, I join Colleen in remembering & sharing the many blessings in my life. This is such a great exercise for me, helping me to focus on the good that truly is happening in my life, no matter how many trials & stresses I may have.
**********
1) I got myself motivated yesterday to do some cleaning. First step was our kitchen pantry. I love how organized it looks right now. Deo Gratias!

2) In cleaning out our pantry yesterday, I found a package of beer bread mix from Tastefully Simple. I didn't have any beer on hand, but used some non-alcoholic ginger beer. It was yummy! Deo Gratias!

3) I got my flute out the other day & played along w/ the Blessings. I'm so proud of their progress on their own instruments & how well their lessons have been going this summer. Deo Gratias!

4) I had a little time to myself yesterday since the Blessings were all at their friend's house. I decided to take a break from cleaning & watch an actual movie...a rare occasion for me! Deo Gratias!

5) Such wonderful weather this week. Yesterday & today have been in the mid-70s & sunny. It's great to have the house opened up! Deo Gratias!
