Light in the Darkness

Welcome to my Light in the Darkness meme! (If you missed my post on the inspiration for this meme, you can read all about it HERE.)

This is the place to share good things that are happening in our world...whether it's a link to a news article/video, something from your personal experience...anything good that can bring light into darkness!

There is so much potential out there for the use of adult stem cells (NOT embryonic stem cells) in the medical field. Today, I am sharing a story of a young girl w/ brittle bone disease. Since treatment w/ adult stem cells taken from her father, this girl has grown 13 inches. Not only that, she's also received the Pontifical Hero Award in Rome last week. WOW!
